RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

1. Vision and Commitment

At Just Art Paris, every creation is designed as a complete artistic edition, born from a collaboration with an artist. Each piece follows a philosophy of rarity, collectability, and overall coherence, including the garment, its presentation, and all accompanying elements.

With this in mind, we encourage you to make your selections carefully before placing an order. Nevertheless, we have established a clear return policy to support you whenever needed, while preserving the integrity of each edition.

2. Right of Withdrawal Period

In accordance with applicable regulations, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to submit a return request.

After this period, no returns or refunds will be accepted.

3. Eligibility Conditions

To be accepted, all returns must strictly comply with the following conditions:

The entire edition must be returned in full, including:

• the garment,
• the numbered collector case,
• the certificate of authenticity,
• the art print,
• as well as any additional element included as part of the edition.

All elements must be:

• unworn,
• unwashed,
• in perfect condition,
• and strictly identical to their original condition upon receipt.

Any returned edition that is incomplete or altered cannot be accepted, in order to preserve its artistic value and collectible integrity.

4. Items Not Eligible for Return

Certain items cannot be returned due to their specific nature:

• special editions or exclusive collaborations,
• items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount,
• gift cards,
• any product that has been damaged, modified, or returned incomplete for reasons not attributable to Just Art Paris.

5. Return Procedure

Your request must include:

• your order number,
• a clear description of the reason for your return.

Once your request has been approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions and the return address.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as Just Art Paris cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage occurring during transport.

6. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding the status of your request.

If approved, your refund will be processed through your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

Initial shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

7. Exchanges and Defective Items

Exchanges are only possible in the case of a manufacturing defect or damage identified upon receipt.

In such cases, you must contact us within 48 hours following delivery and provide detailed photos supporting your request.

After validation, we will proceed with an exchange or provide an appropriate solution.

8. Commitment to Circular Art

Just Art Paris is committed to a circular art approach, aiming to extend the lifespan of objects and reduce their environmental impact.

You have the option to return your collector case to us, even empty, so that it can be recycled or reintegrated into our system.

As a gesture of appreciation for your contribution, we will offer you an exclusive benefit in the form of a promotional code.

Return instructions will be provided upon request by our customer service team.

9. Gift Orders

If your order was identified as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to the recipient, an equivalent gift credit will be issued after the return has been received.

Otherwise, the refund will be processed through the original purchaser’s payment method.
