RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

1. General

At Just Art Paris , each piece is a unique work of art, created in collaboration with talented artists. In order to preserve this uniqueness and limit returns, we invite you to choose carefully before ordering. However, if you wish to make a return, we have established a clear policy to support you.

2. Eligibility for returns

Our policy is valid for 14 days from the date we receive your order. After this period, unfortunately we will not be able to accept returns or issue refunds.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

• Be unworn , unwashed and in perfect condition , as you received it.

• Be returned in its original packaging (the numbered case), including all accessories and documents (certificate of authenticity, artistic print, etc.).

3. Ineligible items

To ensure the integrity of our creations, certain items cannot be returned:

• Items purchased on sale or in special limited edition .

• Gift certificates .

• Any item damaged, incomplete or altered for reasons not due to our error.

4. Return procedure

To initiate a return, contact us at the following address: sav@justartparis.com specifying:

• Your order number.

• A clear description of the problem or reason for return.

We will provide you with a return address and detailed instructions.

Please note :

• Return costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.

• We recommend using a service with tracking and insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of packages lost or damaged in transit.

5. Refunds

Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or denied.

• If approved , a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days .

• Original and return shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective in manufacturing or damaged upon receipt . If this is the case, please contact us at sav@justartparis.com within 48 hours of receipt , with detailed photos to support it.

7. Environmental commitment

At Just Art Paris, we are committed to a circular art movement. To contribute to this effort, you have the possibility to return your packaging case, even empty, so that it can be recycled for free in a responsible manner.

To participate:

• Send your empty case to the return address mentioned in our instruction email.

• We will take care of the recycling and offer you a promo code for your next purchase, as a thank you for your gesture.

8. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the item when the item is returned. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be made in the name of the original purchaser.
